Terms and Conditions
- Installation Cost: The installation cost is a one-time fee charged upon setting up the school management software. This fee is non-refundable.
- Monthly Subscription: The monthly subscription fee is charged based on the number of students enrolled in the school. It is calculated on a per-student basis and is payable monthly in advance.
- Package Name: Each package corresponds to a specific range of student quantities. It is important to select the package that aligns with the actual number of students in the school.
- Payment Terms: Payments for installation and monthly subscriptions are due upon receipt of invoice. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of services.
- Contract Duration: The contract duration for the school management software is initially set for one year. After the initial term, the contract will automatically renew for successive one-year terms unless terminated by either party.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the contract with written notice at least 30 days before the end of the current term. Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be settled, and access to the software will be revoked.
- Support and Maintenance: The school management software includes ongoing support and maintenance services to ensure smooth operation. Support is available during business hours via email or phone.
- Cancellation: Subscription cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellation does not absolve the customer of any outstanding fees owed up to the date of cancellation.
- Updates and Support: Subscribers are entitled to software updates and technical support during the subscription period. However, additional customization or feature requests may incur extra charges.
- Termination: We reserve the right to terminate services or refuse future subscriptions if there is a violation of terms or non-payment of fees.
